Tips - Changing Your Email address

To change the email address on your account, please log in to your client area and open a support ticket.

Please state the following in your ticket:

  • Current account email address
  • New account email address
  • If you have services with us, please also supply the service start date and server address to prevent fraudulent requests.

Once we have these details we will change your email address and notify you. Requests can take up-to 24 Hours.
