Tips - Radio.co – Migrating your Cloud DJ files to Radio.co

If you are moving to Radio.co and have a larger capacity Cloud DJ, you may wish to migrate your MP3 files across.

Note: Before you can do this, you will need to have set up a Radio.co account. Please visit radio.co/pricing to start your free 7 day trial.

Please note: Radio.co and Wavestreaming.com are different systems. If you have recently made a payment for your Wavestreaming service, this cannot be transferred to Radio.co. We advise you to open a Radio.co account towards the end of your current Wavestreaming billing period.

Similarly, if you have credit on your Wavestreaming.com account, as per our Terms & Conditions, this cannot be transferred to Radio.co but does not expire and can be used of any other Wavestreaming.com service.

Migration is a manual process. You will need to request this using the form below. Due to demand, Migration can take up to 48 hours.

You will receive email confirmation once migration has completed.

Your Wavestreaming account will still be active and remain unchanged. If you wish to cancel your Wavestreaming account, please open a support ticket requesting to do so from your Wavestreaming Client Area.
